Support that can be included
Community Participation support is shaped around each participant's own goals and NDIS plan. It can include:
- Support to attend community events, groups and activities
- Help building confidence to engage with the community independently
- Support pursuing hobbies, interests and social connections
- Assistance participating in local programs and outings
Support built around you
This support suits participants who want to get out and stay connected with their community, whatever that looks like for them. Community Participation is one of the everyday supports Pillar Care offers — if you're not sure whether it's the right fit for you, get in touch and we can talk it through.
