Feedback & Complaints

Feedback & Complaints

We want to hear from you — whether it's a compliment, a suggestion, or a concern about our supports.

Talk to us first

The easiest way to raise feedback or a concern is to contact us directly. You're welcome to call, email, or use our enquiry form — however you feel most comfortable.

You can also raise feedback through a support coordinator or plan manager if that feels easier, or ask a family member or advocate to contact us on your behalf.

What happens next

When you raise something with us, we'll listen, take it seriously, and work with you to understand what's needed — whether that's a simple fix, a change to how we provide your support, or just letting you know we've heard you. You won't be treated any differently for raising feedback or a complaint.

If you'd like to take it further

If you're not comfortable raising something with us directly, or you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, which regulates NDIS providers across Australia:

The Commission can also be contacted in a language other than English through the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 131 450, or via the National Relay Service if you're deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment.
